I address you as a free individual, a citizen of the Republic of Bulgaria, and a volunteer in the International Public Movement “ALLATRA”, to express my deepest concern regarding the systematic defamatory campaign, spiritual repression, and violations of fundamental human rights and freedoms committed against this peaceful movement and the esteemed academic Igor Mikhailovich Danilov, who is respected by millions of people around the world.

📌 Case Details:
On the internet, there is a growing spread of defamatory, offensive, and false materials that tarnish the reputation of “ALLATRA” and Mr. Danilov – without any legal evidence or court ruling, in complete contradiction with the presumption of innocence. These materials incite hatred, spiritual fear, and distrust, violating both ethical and legal standards.

The main instigator of this discreditation campaign is Alexander Dvorkin, who, without any legal justification, labeled the movement as a “sect” and contributed to its ban in Russia, where a critically important geostrategic region – the Siberian Magmatic Plume – is located.

The “ALLATRA” movement:

Unites people from over 180 countries, regardless of nationality, religion, or social status;

Is not a religion, collects no membership fees, and is not involved in political activity;

Operates voluntarily to build a Creative Society, where human life, freedom, and moral values are the foundation;

Conducts scientific and public projects, including research in the field of climate and geophysical risks;

Has official cooperation with international organizations, including a blessing from Pope Francis.

⚖️ Human Rights Violations for Consideration:

Violation of Articles 18 and 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights – the right to freedom of thought, conscience, religion, and belief;

Defamation and damage to spiritual and personal honor, without any judicial basis and with unfair comparisons to destructive organizations;

Psychological and spiritual abuse of followers, including family pressure, censorship of books, and oppression of spiritual freedom.

🕊️ Requests:

That an international investigation be launched against the authors of these defamatory publications, including Alexander Dvorkin and associated persons;

That the name and reputation of “ALLATRA” and Igor Mikhailovich Danilov be publicly restored;

That the right to spiritual freedom be reinstated in countries where it has been violated, including Russia;

That the global humanitarian initiative “Creative Society” be recognized for its significance;

That the documentary “THE IMPACT” be reviewed, as it contains information of vital importance for the future of humanity.

I reach out in faith that the International Criminal Court in The Hague will stand in defense of truth, dignity, and spiritual freedom – essential pillars of a peaceful and just future.
