Special Tribunal for Lebanon
The Special Tribunal for Lebanon is a mixed court made up of the Lebanese State and the United Nations (UN), with the aim of trying those responsible for the attack perpetrated on February 14, 2005, against the former Prime Minister Rafic Hariri, which caused his death and those of 21 others. The Special Tribunal for Lebanon has the characteristic that it has been the first to prosecute acts of terrorism.
