Secretariat of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC)
The Secretariat of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) was established with the approval of the aforementioned Convention in 1992, but later became more established as an executive body against climate change with the approval of the Protocol of Kyoto in 1997 and later with the adoption of the Paris Agreement in 2015. The UNFCCC Secretariat is based in Bonn, Germany.
